<br />The South half of the Northeast quarter of Section 22,

<br />be changed from M1, Industrial District to R2, Single Family District.
<br />3. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
<br />A tract of land approximately 635 feet by 285 feet as shown
<br />on Pineview Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat Bork 7,
<br />page 1, and further described as beginning at the Southwest

<br />the South section line a distance of 995.50 feet to the point
<br />of beginning, thence North a distance of 285.12 feet, thence
<br />East a distance of 635.39 feet, thence South a distance of 285.20
<br />feet, thence West a distance of 634.89 feet to point of beginning;
<br />be changed from Ml, Industrial District to C1A, Restricted Commercial
<br />District.

<br />quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 32S,
<br />Range 39E, lying within 250 feet of the centerline of North
<br />Gifford Road;
<br />be changed from Ml, Industrial District to Cl, Commercial District.
<br />5. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:

<br />All that portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest

<br />of the Florida East Coast Railway;
<br />be changed from Mi, Industrial District to C1B, Commercial District.
<br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
