<br />3. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following

<br />page 1, and further described as beginning at the Southwest

<br />of beginning, thence North a distance of 285.12 feet, thence
<br />East a distance of 635.39 feet, thence South a distance of 285.20
<br />feet, thence West a distance of 634.89 feet to point of beginning;

<br />District.

<br />quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 32S,
<br />Range 39E, lying within 250 feet of the centerline of North
<br />Gifford Road;
<br />be changed from Ml, Industrial District to Cl, Commercial District.

<br />All that portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest

<br />of the Florida East Coast Railway;
<br />be changed from Mi, Industrial District to C1B, Commercial District.
