On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, the <br />were approved: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />A/C <br />951 Contingency Reserve <br />269 Commissioners' Administrative <br />857 Sanitary Land Fill Equipment <br />691.1 Sanitary Land Fill -General <br />691.2 Sanitary Land Fill -Labor <br />ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND <br />A/C <br />951 Contingency Reserve <br />921 Refunds <br />seconded by Commissioner <br />following Item to Item transfers <br />TO <br />$4,000.00 <br />$1;812.50 <br />3,000.00 <br />$ 100.00 <br />FROM <br />$4,000.00 <br />$4,812.50 <br />$ 100.00 <br />Mr. Webber presented a proposal from Mr. Hoyt C. Murphy, Realtor, <br />for the sale of a small tract adjoining Round Island Park for $180 <br />per front foot. The letter was received, placed on file and the matter <br />taken under consideration. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Haffield and unanimously carried, the Clerk was authorized to advertise <br />the Notice of the Equalization meeting to be held on August 1, 1966. <br />Commissioner Macdonald moved that, due to the inability of the <br />Board to give title to the property for which the deposit was made, <br />that the $100 deposit made by Mr. Treley Thompson be refunded to him. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried. <br />Commissioner Macdonald stated that this was a triangular piece of <br />land adjoining the Kroegel property obtained by the State for right <br />of way for U.S. #1 but never used by the State, and that the Board <br />has not been able to reach an agreement with the State Road Department <br />to return this property to Mr. Thompson. <br />The County Engineer presented the following right of way agreements <br />for easements in Lake Park Subdivision and on Motion by Commissioner <br />Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried, <br />the same were approved by the Board: <br />S. Ra._ond Smith and Indian River County, the East 5 feet of the West <br />10 feet of Lot A, less the North 190 feet and the East 5 feet of the <br />West 10 feet of the North 15 feet of Lot 3 and the North 5 feet of Lot <br />1, Lake Park Subdivision in exchange for the following: <br />JUN2Z <br />BOOK qg PAGE 846 <br />
