1. As many of the Eucalyptus trees as can be taken up without <br />excessive root damage will be moved back to the new easement line. <br />2. The hibiscus and other small shrubs will also be moved back <br />to the new line. <br />3. The smaller of the two sheds will be taken down and removed. <br />4. The larger storage shed and contents will be moved back to the <br />new line. <br />5. One Cocos Plumosa palm tree at the SW corner of the lot will <br />be left providing that it is not more than one foot over the Easement <br />line. The other palms in the group are to be removed. <br />Marshall Barnes and Indian River County the East 15 feet of the East <br />11 acres of Tract 6, Section 4, Township 33 South, Range 39 East in <br />exchange that the travelway for maintenance of the proposed drainage <br />. ditch will be constructed on the West 10 feet of the above described <br />easement and the proposed drainage ditch will be constructed to the <br />East of said travelway. Any and all excess dirt, not needed for the <br />construction of said travelway and said drainage ditch, will be de- <br />posited on the grantors adjacent land, at a location to be specified by <br />said grantor. <br />Mr. Ben Bailey representing Central Groves Corporation and Indian <br />River County: the East 15 feet of Tract 3, Section 4, Township 33 <br />South, Range 39 East in exchange for the following: <br />1. Install 20 feet of 54 inch culvert for crossing the walker <br />Avenue ditch at the North end of the above described easement. <br />2. Install 20 feet of 18 inch culvert connecting the North-South <br />proposed drainage ditch with the Walker Avenue ditch at a maximum <br />elevation of 18.50. <br />3.
