Qcv Coyer Commissioner Macdonald moved that Mr. Henry Thompson be advised by letter that he is not authorized to make any charges to anyone using 'LHrz!u..W the county property at the Sebastian Inlet for camping, picnicking, or for any purpose. The Motion was seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried. In connection with final approval of items in the County budget for the fiscal year' -.1966-67, Commissioner Waddell moved that the Board of Trustees of the Indian River Memorial Hospital submit a copy of their complete budget together with a knowledgeable person to explain it to this Board. The Motion was seconded by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried. Mr. Warren T. Zeuch, Jr. and Mr. A. E. Spinelli presented a Report of Projects of the Indian River Safety Council as requdsted by the Board. After discussing the matter, Commissioner Waddell moved that $1,000.00 be budgeted for the year 1966-67 and the Safety Council may requisition this money as needed for films and equipment. The Motion was seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried. The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examined and found to be correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, Nos. 5632 to 5664, both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 3663 to 3683, both inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund., Nos. 566 to 568, both in- clusive. Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book and provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and list so recorded, being made a part of these minutes., There being nofurther business, on Motion made, seconded and carried, the Board then adjourned R .ERT W.
