C . Assembly of five copies of Draft Report, five copies of the revised Draft Report and five <br /> copies of the Final Engineering Report is included in this amendment. <br /> D. Quality control of draft and final report, coordination, supervision, and one meeting are <br /> included in this amendment. <br /> SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Submittal Dates <br /> A. The 90% Design Drawing Submittal is moved four months from the time when all <br /> stormwater management pond locations are finalized, including all agreements, sketch and <br /> legal descriptions for said ponds are made available for inclusion in the Environmental <br /> Resources Permit application to St. Johns River Water Management District. The specific <br /> date for the 90% Design Drawing Submittal will be determined accordingly and confirmed in <br /> writing by the COUNTY. <br /> B. The Draft Final Engineering Report is due eight weeks from the notice to proceed date. The <br /> Final Engineering Report is due two weeks after the Final Review comments from COUNTY <br /> are submitted to ENGINEER. <br /> SECTION V - COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant to <br /> this Agreement fees in accordance with the following: <br /> A. Professional Services Fee <br /> 1 . <br /> The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the ENGINEER and the COUNTY <br /> is as follows: <br /> Task Description Fee <br /> Roadway Lump Sum Tasks <br /> Roadway (Final Engineering Report) $37 ,000 <br /> Roadway Sub Total $37,000 <br /> Amendment 3 Grand Total 537,000 <br /> CR 510 Amendment 3 Page 3 of 4 1 / 17/2008 <br />
