A. The Final Engineering Report will contain the following sections based on the Draft <br />Preliminary Engineering Report dated July 2005 : <br />1. Summary. <br />2. Introduction. <br />3. Need for Improvement. <br />4. Existing Conditions. <br />5. Traffic. <br />6. Alternative Alignment Analysis. <br />7. Design Analysis and Recommendations <br />a. Safety <br />b. Cost Estimates <br />i. Construction <br />ii. Utility relocations of COUNTY owned utilities and utilities within <br />easements <br />iii. Right-of-way <br />c. Long Range Planning <br />d. Environmental <br />e. Comparison Matrix <br />8. Pond Siting Documentation Summary. <br />9. Typical Section Sheets. The sheets will be PDF prints from the CR 510 project segments <br />from Stanley Consultants, Kimley-Hom and McMahon, using 60% plan submittal <br />information or current approved plans as of January 2008. <br />10. Plan/Profile Sheet Sheets. The sheets will be PDF prints from the CR 510 project <br />segments of the Stanley Consultants, Kimley-Horn and McMahon, using 60% plan <br />submittal information or current approved plans as of January 2008. <br />11. Appendix. Includes Key Sheets, Typical Section Sheets, Plan/Profile Sheets, Pond Siting <br />documentation and other existing documentation as needed. <br />B. A total of two review periods are anticipated. One review period for COUNTY to review the <br />draft report (Initial Review) and one review period for COUNTY to review the revised draft <br />report (Final Review). Each COUNTY review period shall be for a one week duration. This <br />amendment includes two revisions to the Final Engineering Report.
