�.1011-77MIT41- I!- IMF - <br />70 <br />County gasoline for the year 1929, and the same having been duly considered on motion <br />Com'r. <br />of/J.J.P.Hamilton, seconded by Com'r. J.D.Yongue, and unanimously carried it was <br />ordered that the Sinclair Refining Company be awarded the contract for the year 1929, <br />and the Chairman and Clerk are authorized and empowered to execute a contract with <br />this Company. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were <br />examined and approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. The bills and <br />accounts being on file in the Clerk's office, and the warrants so issued from the <br />several funds listed in the County Finance record of the County and made a part of <br />these minutes as fully and completely as if the same were set out in detail herein,. and <br />reference to said County Finance record is made a part hereof. <br />The County Depositories filed their monthly statements of accounts showing <br />receipts and disbursements, which having been audited were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion, made, seconded and carried the Board <br />adjourned until the next regular meeting in February 19299 unless sooner called together <br />by the Temporary Chairman. <br />ATTEST: o rary Chaiman <br />C 1 e rk. <br />-- <br />------------ -- - ------------------ - - - - -- - - - <br />imp, <br />�I� <br />
