To provide PREVENT ! Individual and group <br /> 1 . To decrease the number of positive drug sessions to individual and families <br /> screens among enrolled PREVENT ! participants We will provide a total of weekly 1 hour <br /> by 80% over a 10 weeks as reported by random individual and group sessions on various substance <br /> drug screen. abuse and resiliency skills building topics. Session <br /> Baseline: Initial chug screening results prior to admission are based upon Behavioral Therapy for Adolescent <br /> to Right Choice program. Program which focuses upon increasing protective <br /> factors, decreasing risk factors, Stimulus Control, Urg <br /> Control and Social Control <br /> b. Conduct weekly random sampling of program <br /> participants following four weeks in program. <br /> lb. To create a system of substance abuse screening, <br /> assessment and intervention for youth involved in <br /> the PREVENT ! Program. <br /> ■ Heighten the youth' s awareness to : <br /> ➢ The realities of drug use <br /> ➢ Victim awareness education <br /> ➢ Legal consequences of drug and alcohol <br /> uselpossession <br /> Build external & internal protective factors of: <br /> ➢ Empowerment <br /> ➢ Boundaries & Expectations <br /> ➢ Positive values <br /> ➢ Social competency <br /> ➢ Positive Identity <br /> 2 . To increase audience knowledge of program 2.
