CONTRACTOR shall submit detailed seawall construction drawings prepared by his <br /> engineer. The drawings shall be prepared by a Florida Licensed Professional Engineer <br /> and shall be signed, sealed, and dated. <br /> C . Where required for evaluation and approval of submittals , the Contractor will shop <br /> drawings to illustrate the materials , equipment or workmanship . <br /> 1 .05 TEMPORARY UTILITIES AND SERVICES : <br /> A. The Contractor is responsible for providing any temporary water service, sanitary <br /> facilities or electrical service to satisfactorily complete the work specified herein . <br /> Contractor is responsible for providing job site security until final acceptance by the <br /> Owner. Contractor is responsible for removing the temporary facilities when the work is <br /> accepted by the Owner. <br /> 1 . 06 RESTORATION <br /> A. The Contractor is responsible and shall repair all damage to the site, sod, and pavement, <br /> buildings, utilities, or other offsite structures, surface or subsurface, whether or not listed <br /> herein. It is the intent of these Specifications to place the responsibility on the <br /> CONTRACTOR to restore to their original condition all items disturbed, destroyed, or <br /> damaged during construction. <br /> 1 . 07 SITE CLEANUP <br /> A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to cleanup and <br /> restore the site and offsite areas as directed by the owner after the Construction is <br /> completed. No debris or demolition material shall be allowed in the waterway. <br /> L <br /> 1 . 08 EROSION CONTROL AND DEWATERING : <br /> L A. The Contractor is solely responsible for preventing pollution caused by dewatering water <br /> or stormwater runoff from the site . Contractor is referred to Chapter 4, "Best <br /> is Management Practices of Erosion and Sedimentation Control" of the Florida Erosion and <br /> Sediment Control Inspector' s Manual . A copy of the manual is available for review in the <br /> office of the Stormwater Engineer location at 4375 43rd Avenue, Unit 102 , Vero Beach, <br /> Florida 32967 . <br /> 1 . 09 CLEARING AND GRUBBING, EARTHWORK <br /> A. As necessary to demolish and remove the existing seawall cap and construct the new cap , <br /> the Contractor shall clear and grub the entire site limits , of any debris, materials , <br /> structures , shrubs, roots, vegetation and suitably dispose of all such materials, at a site as <br /> • approved by the Owner or Engineer.
