7o:lo tht s: <br />A suggestion bought out during the discussion that followed was <br />that the Engineer check the drainage on any proposed subdivison to <br />determine if there is a final outlet for the water. On Motion by <br />Commissioner Haffield, seconded by Commissioner Waddell, and unanimously <br />carried, Mti Jennings was requested to study the situation in all of its <br />phases and make recommendations at the next meeting. The County Attorney <br />was requested to check the subdivision regulation laws. <br />Commissioner Haffield moved that the Board express their feeling <br />of pride and honor in having one of their members elevated to the office <br />of presidency of the State Association of County Commissioners. (Dr. B. Q. <br />Waddell) Motion was seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and carried. <br />Commissioner McCullers moved, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald <br />and carried that First Street, from the railroad west to Old Dixie <br />Highway, be placed !on the road paving priority list of the County. <br />Commissioner Macdonald informed the Board of the drainage problems <br />on and around the Frank Zorc property in Roseland and requested the <br />County Attorney to study the situation from a legal standpoint. <br />The Board discussed rain shelters for children riding school buses <br />and the Administrator was requested to check the cost; <br />The several ;bills and ccounts against the County, having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct, were approved and warrants <br />issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund Nos. 5981 to 6029, <br />both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos 3890 to 3906, both inclusive; <br />Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos 604 to 606, both inclusive. Such bills <br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court, the warrants so issued from the respective. funds being listed <br />in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of the State <br />Auditor, reference to such record and list so recorded being made a <br />part of these minutes. <br />There being no further busirass, on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board then adjourned. <br />ATTEST <br />ROBERT W.
