<br />Place, or as soon thereafter as the
<br />Board can attend to the same, and

<br />and read. The Board will there-

<br />.Architect, 1020 Miracle Mile,. Vero,
<br />Beach, Florida, on and after Sep-
<br />itember 9, 1966. A deposit of $50.00
<br />each will be required. Deposit will
<br />lbe fully refundable if said plans
<br />and documents are returned in
<br />good order within ten (10) days
<br />;after the award of the contract.
<br />' All bids must be submitted on
<br />forma prescribed by the Board and
<br />haccompanied by one of the follow-
<br />ing: A certified check, cashier's
<br />check, or a bid bond. If a bid bond
<br />is submitted, it must be accom-
<br />panied
<br />ccompanied by a "Power of Attorney"
<br />for the representative of the Bond
<br />ing Company.
<br />The certified check, cashier's
<br />check or bid bond shall be in the
<br />amount of 5 per centum of the base
<br />bid, conditioned that if awarded
<br />the contract, the bidder will within
<br />the time specified by the Board,
<br />enter into a contract in accordance
<br />with the accepted bid, In form pre-
<br />scribed by the Board, and give a
<br />Performance Bond satisfactory to
<br />the Attorney for the Board equal
<br />to 100 per centum of the contract
<br />price. .
<br />All bidders are. requested to call
<br />at the Office of the Secretary of
<br />the Board for the return of their
<br />Certified Check, . Cashier's Check,
<br />or Bid Bond, which shall be made
<br />available to bidders in accordance
<br />with the instruction to Bidders in
<br />the specifications.
<br />The • Board reserves the right to
<br />waive informalities and to reject
<br />any and all bids.

<br />alternate, of Netto Construction Company, in the amount of $113,427.00
<br />be awarded, provided it meets the specifications and recommendations of
<br />the Architect. The Motion was seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and
<br />unanimously carried.
