ARTICLE 34 <br /> ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> 34 . 1 The parties acknowledge that during the neg tiations which resulted in this <br /> agreement , each had the unlimited right to make demands and proposals with <br /> respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective <br /> bargaining . They , therefore , each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right for <br /> the term of this agreement to bargain collecti ely with respect to any matter <br /> referred to or covered in this agreement , or with respect to any subject or matter <br /> not specifically referred to or covered by this agreement . This contract <br /> represents the entire agreement between the parties and no other agreements <br /> or practices are binding upon either party hereto with respect to wages , hours or <br /> working conditions of the employees covered he Reby , The employer shall not be <br /> obligated to continue any benefits or employee practices which it has given or <br /> engaged in prior to the execution of this agre ment unless such benefits or <br /> practices are specifically set forth in this agreement , and past practices of the <br /> employer will not be considered in interpreting this agreement. <br /> 48 <br />
