ARTICLE 34 <br />ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />34.1 The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resu <br />agreement, each had the unlimited right to make demands and prc <br />respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area <br />bargaining, They, therefore, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive <br />the term of this agreement to bargain collectively with respect to <br />referred to or covered in this agreement, or with respect to any subje <br />not specifically referred to or covered by this agreement.
