On Motion by Commissioner Haffield,-seconded by Commissioner Waddell,
<br />the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
<br />RESOLUTION
<br />No. 66-44
<br />WHEREAS, The Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes
<br />and additions to the .Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing
<br />in relation at which parties in interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
<br />;
<br />sioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Map be changed
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Gov't. Lot 1, Section 29, Township 33S, Range 40E, and a
<br />parcel of land lying east of said Gov't. Lot 1, as filed
<br />in 0. R. Book 37, Page 535, Public records of Indian River
<br />-County, Florida; ALSO,
<br />The NES of the. NEk of Section 30, Township 33S, Range 40E;
<br />The above parcels to be less the north 330' as.
<br />presently zoned C1 -A Restricted Commercial District;

<br />be changed from R1A Country Home District to Rl Single Family District.
<br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
