Under Section 5, R2A, Multi -Family District, Sub -section G, <br />by adding the word "trailer" after the words "attached garages" as <br />an exclusion of allowable floor area. Sub -section G0 to read as <br />follows: <br />Minimum floor Area Required The minimum required floor <br />area of any single family dwelling, exclusive of open <br />patios, terraces, attached garages* trailers, carports <br />or unroofed area shall be 750 square feet. Fifteen percent <br />of the required floor area may be credited to screened <br />porches. The minimum required floor area of a duplex shall <br />be 600 square feet per unit. The minimum required floor <br />area of a building containing three or more apartments <br />shall be 500 square feet per unit. <br />2. Under Section 2, EXCEPT AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED, Paragraph <br />9, to read as follows: <br />Whenever a single family dwelling is erected in any district <br />that does not require a minimum floor area, the dwelling <br />shall have a minimum floor area exclusive of open patios, <br />terraces, attached garages, carports or non -living area of <br />600 square feet and not more than 15% of the required floor <br />area may be credited to attached screen porches and/or <br />storage areas <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Resolution. <br />Nov9 iqe3 <br />BOOK 10.
