E. Payment shall be made under: <br />Item No. 110-1-1 - Clearing and Grubbing —Acre <br />31� <br />310 <br />)NSTRZ <br />TION SC <br />DULES <br />1.1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. No partial payments shall be approved by the ENGINEER until there is an <br />approved construction progress schedule on hand. <br />B. Designate an authorized representative who shall be responsible for <br />development and maintenance of the schedule and of all progress and <br />payment reports. This representative shall have direct project control and <br />complete authority to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR in fulfilling the <br />commitments of the CONTRACTOR's schedules. <br />1.2 REVISIONS TO THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br />When the ENGINEER requires the CONTRACTOR to submit revised (updated) <br />progress schedules on a monthly basis the CONTRACTOR shall: <br />A. Indicate the progress of each activity to the date of submission. <br />B. Show changes occurring since the previous submission listing: <br />1. Major changes in scope. <br />2. Activities modified since the previous submission. <br />3. Revised projections of progress and completion. <br />4. Other identifiable changes. <br />C. Provide a narrative report as needed to define: <br />1. Problem areas, anticipated delays, and the impact on the schedule. <br />2. Corrective action recommended and its effect. <br />3. The effect of changes on schedules of other prime contractors. <br />1.3 SUBMISSION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br />On or before the tenth day after the effective date of the Agreement, submit the <br />initial schedules to the ENGINEER. The ENGINEER will review the schedules and <br />return a review copy to the CONTRACTOR within 21 days after receipt. If required <br />by the ENGINEER, resubmit revised schedules on or before the seventh day after <br />receipt of the review copy. If required by the ENGINEER, submit revised monthly <br />progress schedules with that month's application for payment. <br />1.4 DISTRIBUTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br />A.
