Field changes of dimensions and details . <br /> e . Changes made by Change Order or Field Order. <br /> f. Details not on the original Drawings . <br /> g . Information to be shown for potable water mains , reuse water mains , and <br /> sanitary force mains shall include the location of valves , tees , bends and <br /> crosses dimensioned to the baseline survey, , kx*jding the station and offset . <br /> Elevations at top of pipe shall be provided every 200 feet and at locations <br /> where design elevations were shown on the plans . For situations where the <br /> pipeline is being adjusted to avoid conflicts with other utilities (less than 1 00 ' in <br /> total length ) , then elevations shall be provided at the beginning of the <br /> deflection ( i . e . the first bend ) , middle of the deflection ( i . e . the point where the <br /> conflict would have occurred with the utility ) , and the end of the deflection ( i . e , <br /> the last bend ) . <br /> h . Information to be shown for gravity sanitary sewer mains shall include top of <br /> grate and invert elevations at all manholes . <br /> i . Information to be shown for drainage culverts shall include all culvert inverts , <br /> inlet grate and bottom elevations . <br /> j . Information to be shown for drainage swales shall include swale beginning and <br /> end bottom elevations , and highs and lows along top of bank . <br /> k . Information to be shown for outfalls shall include all pipe inverts , weir box <br /> elevations , weir elevation , and sizes . <br /> I . Information to be shown for retention ponds shall include perimeter elevations , <br /> grade breaks , and depths . Also , calculate the pond surface areas and storage <br /> volumes at the control water surface elevation and at the overflow elevation . <br /> m . Information to be shown for roadways shall include elevation of Point of <br /> Vertical Intersection ( PVI ) at the Profile Grade Line ( PGL ) , edge of pavement <br /> elevations at curb inlets , centerline of roadway elevations at 200 foot intervals , <br /> and stations and offsets for all structures . <br /> 1 . 3 CERTIFICATION OF PROJECT RECORD DRAWINGS <br /> A. OWNER will supply CONTRACTOR with Project Drawings in AutoCAD Release 14 <br /> format on compact disc or 3 . 5" floppy discs . Input Record Drawing information <br /> onto the AutoCAD files and return the files to the OWNER . <br /> Be CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR' s surveyor will each certify as to the accuracy <br /> of the Record Drawings and submit six (6 ) sets to the OWNER .
