Miscellaneous <br /> Should it become necessary to determine the meaning or otherwise interpret any work, phrase or <br /> provision of this contract, or should the terms of this contract in any way be the subject of <br /> litigation in any court of laws or equity, it is expressly agreed that the laws of the State of Florida <br /> shall exclusively control same . Venue shall lie in circuit court of Indian River County, or the <br /> Federal Southern District of Florida . <br /> This contract may not be modified unless such modifications are evidenced in writing signed by <br /> both COUNTY and Consultant.
