Trademark Metals Recycling LLC <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />DISPOSAL OF SCRAP METAL <br />AT THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LANDFILL <br />EXHIBIT 2 <br />July, 2007 <br />INTENT <br />Removal of scrap metal and discarded appliances from the Indian River County <br />Landfill to be sold as recyclables. <br />SPECIFICATIONS: <br />1. Indian River County will establish a separate site at the Landfill for the <br />collection and storage of scrap metal and appliances. All refrigerators will <br />be stood upright for purposes of purging CFC. <br />2, The Contractor's vehicle shall weigh empty upon the Landfill scales upon <br />entering the Landfill. The same vehicle, when loaded, shall weigh loaded <br />upon leaving the Landfill. The net weight shall be the weight of material <br />removed and sold as recyclable. <br />;. The Contractor shall provide the necessary equipment, vehicles, and <br />personnel for the removal of scrap metal and appliances from the Landfill. <br />4, The Contractor shall remove scrap metal and appliances at a minimum of <br />every two(2) months. <br />5. Payment to the County for the material removed from the Landfill shall <br />be made within 20 days after the date of the removal of the material. <br />6. The initial term of the Contract to be determined by both parties. <br />7. The Contractor has total responsibility for the operation and maintenance <br />of Contractor's equipment and vehicles owned or leased while on County <br />property.
