8. The price bid shall be a percentage of the Number 2 Bundle Price based on <br />the Birmingham Market and shall include collection and transportation of <br />materials from the Indian River County Landfill located at 1325 74`x' Ave <br />SW, Vero Beach, FL 32968 to the Contractors designated site. <br />9. Contractor shall process all materials within Federal, State, local and the <br />Solid Waste Section guidelines. Any proposed regulations that are <br />adopted by the Regulatory agencies that are more restrictive than this <br />Document shall be incorporated into this Contract. <br />10. Contractor, at their own expense, shall market and sell or remove the <br />materials generated by the Landfill in a manner that Indian River County <br />will receive recycling credits. <br />11. The initial term of this Agreement shall be for 1 (one) year beginning <br />August 1, 2008. At the option of the parties, this Agreement may be <br />renewed with 3 additional one (1) year extensions upon the same terms <br />and conditions specified herein, provided however, that the Agreement <br />may be amended to,reflect the renegotiation of terms acceptable to <br />County and Contractor. <br />The amount to be paid to the Indian River County Landfill by the Contractor will <br />be based on 52.75% of the Number 2 Bundle Price based on the Birmingham <br />Market at the time the materials are removed from the Indian River County <br />Landfill. <br />Representative <br />Indian River County Landfill <br />Rep Boyett <br />Trademark Metals Recycling LLC <br />
