E . Tape coverage shall include all surface features located within the <br /> zone of influence of construction supported by appropriate audio <br /> ' coverage . Such coverage shall include , but not be limited to , <br /> existing driveways , sidewalks , curbs , pavements , ditches , <br /> mailboxes , landscaping , culverts , fences , signs , and headwalls <br /> ' within the area covered . <br /> F . When conventional wheeled vehicles are used , the distance from <br /> ' the camera lens to the ground shall not be more than twelve ( 12 ) <br /> feet. In some instances , audio-video tape coverage may be <br /> required in areas not accessible by conventional wheeled <br /> ' vehicles .
