f 3 . The CONTRACTOR shall receive no additional compensation for overtime work, i .e. , work in excess of eight hours in any one calendar day or 40 hours in any one calendar week , even thought such overtime work may be required under emergency conditions and may be ordered by the ENGINEER in writing . 4 . All costs of inspection and testing performed during overtime work by the CONTRACTOR , which is allowed solely for the convenience of the CONTRACTOR, shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR , and a credit given to the County to deduct the costs of all such inspection and testing from any partial payments otherwise due the CONTRACTOR . 5 . No work shall commence before 7 a . m . or continue after 7 p . m , except in case of emergency upon specific permission of the ENGINEER . SC-6.06 Concerning Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Others SC=6 .06 .C . Add the following sentence at the end of paragraph GC-6. 06. C: OWNER or ENGINEER may furnish to any such Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or entity, to the extent practicable, information about amounts paid to CONTRACTOR on account of Work performed for CONTRACTOR by a particular Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or entity. SC-6 .08 Permits SC-6 .08 Add the following paragraphs immediately atter paragraph GC408.A : B . The OWNER has obtained the following permits : 1 . FDEP Wastewater Construction Permit 2 , Indian River County Right-of-way Permit C . The CONTRACTOR shall obtain and pay for all other required permits and licenses. The CONTRACTOR shall provide copies of the permits to the OWNER and ENGINEER and shall comply with all conditions contained in the permits at no extra cost to the OWNER. D. The CONTRACTOR shall be familiar with all permit requirements during construction and shall be responsible for complying with these requirements .
