WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7, 1966 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in <br />regular session on Wednesday, December 7, 1966, at 8:30 o'clock A. M., <br />at. the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida. Present were Robert W. Graves, <br />Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Vice -Chairman; and members Donald Macdonald, <br />Jerre J. Haffield and Dr. B. Q. Waddell. Also present were John H. <br />Sutherland, County Attorney; Jack Jennings, County Administrator; and <br />Alfred H. Webber and Ruth Elliott, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to <br />the minutes of November 9, November 14, November 16, November 21, and <br />November 23, 1966. There were none and on Motion by Commissioner Waddell, <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the minutes <br />were approved as written. <br />!1r. Jimmy Wacker, Chairman of the County Building Code Committee, <br />presented a letter requesting authorizationito allow Ralph Harris, Clerk, <br />to photograph the necessary notices of meetings, and to furnish postage and <br />envelopes for the same; and also authorization to order twenty-five copies <br />each of the Southern Standard Building Code, the National Electrical Code, <br />and the applicable plumbing code. (These copies would, be for study by the <br />Committee and an expense of the Zoning Department) Commissioner Waddell <br />moved, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that <br />the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners be authorized to send the <br />notices of meetings of the Building Code Committee and sub -committees. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers <br />and unanimously carried, the request of Mr. Walker to purchase twenty-five <br />of each of the Southern Standard Building Code, the National Electrical <br />Code and the applicable plumbing code,was approved. <br />DEC 7 1966 <br />BOOK 10 PAGE '96 <br />
