<br />Commissioner Waddell moved that the low bid of Roland Miller Chevrolet,
<br />Inc., be accepted, subject to the Administrator's approval that it meets'
<br />siecifications. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously
<br />carried.
