tangent bearing N 000 39° 30" E, internal angle <br />of 900, radius 100 feet, run 157.08 feet to the <br />end of curve; run thence N 00° 39' 30" E, 100 <br />feet to a point on the north line of the Boat <br />Channel common to Vero Shores - Unit One, and <br />Unit Two; thence S 89° 20' 30" E, run 1210 feet <br />to the westerly shoreline of the Indian River; <br />thence meandering the westerly shoreline of the <br />Indian River, run southeasterly 2500 feet, more <br />or less, to an intersection with the south line , <br />of Section 32, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, <br />said point of intersection bearing S 890 27' E, <br />2957.0 feet from the Southwest corner of Section <br />32, Township 33 South, Range 40 East; thence N 89° <br />27' W, along the south line of Section 32, Town- <br />ship 33 South, Range 40 East, 2957.0 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that public notice of said <br />Petition has been given in the Vero Beach Press Journal in <br />two (2) consecutive weekly issues thereof, the said newspaper <br />being published in Indian River County, Florida, and likewise <br />being the newspaper published, nearest the said subdivision, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it has been established that the Petitioner <br />is the sole owner of the fee simple title to the whole of the <br />tract covered by VERO SHORES UNIT TWO, and that no portion of <br />said subdivision is owned or has been sold to any other person <br />or persons, and <br />WHEREAS, all real estate taxes which have of this <br />date been assessed against the said property have been paid in <br />full, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been made to appear to the Board of <br />County Commissioners that no prejudice will occur to any private <br />- 2 <br />DEC 7 1966gbbK 1Cmut() <br />
