<br />WHEREAS, Petition has been made to the Board of
<br />County Commissioners for the vacation of the plat of that
<br />certain subdivision known as VERO SHORES UNIT TWO, recorded
<br />in Plat Book 5, Page 79, Indian River County Public Records,
<br />and being a subdivision of the following lands in said county
<br />and state, to -wit:.
<br />Commencing at the Southeast .corner, Section
