<br />NOTICE is hereby given' that
<br />General Development Corporation
<br />has filed a Petition with the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, requesting
<br />said Board to adopt a Resolution
<br />vacating and annulling the plat of
<br />Vero Shores Unit Two, recorded in
<br />;Plat Book 5, page 79, Indian River
<br />County Public records, and request-
<br />ing said Board to rescind its reso-
<br />lution approving the plat of Vero
<br />Shores Unit Two and revoking its
<br />Certificate of Approval of such plat
<br />dated November 7, 1958, and re-
<br />questing said Board to renounce and
<br />disclaim any right of the county and
<br />the public in and to any land, wa-
<br />terway, or interest therein, acquired
<br />by the dedication of said plat for
<br />streets, alleys, thoroughfares, parks,
<br />canals, utility and drainage ease-
<br />ments, and boat channels, as de-
<br />lineated" thereon.
<br />SAID BOARD will hold a public
<br />hearing thereon, at 11:00 o'clock
<br />A. M., on Wednesday, December 7,
<br />1966, in the offices of said Board,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida. Persons in-
