Jr., County Attorney, be set at $15,000 per year, with the under- <br />standing that he will assume all legal work that the County is involved <br />in. <br />Commissioner Bogosian moved, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald <br />and unanimously carried, •that the Clerk be instructed to prepare <br />specifications for the purchase of a new• safe for installation in the <br />Clerk Circuit Court office. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried,; the request of the County. Service <br />Officer to purchase four file cabinets, with locks; one executive <br />chair, one settee and two straight chairs, for his office, was approved. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, the applications of Leroy Palmer <br />and Bessie Lee Evans for admission to the Southeast Florida Tuberdulosis <br />Hospital were approved. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried, that the pistol permit for Tracy L. <br />Turner, Jr.,•be renewed. (This was requested by Mr. Turner in letter <br />dated January 4, 1967.) <br />On Motion by Commissioner' Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas and unanimously carried, the following Item to Item transfers <br />were authorized: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />A/C FROM TO <br />951. Contingencies $ 11,714.00 <br />859. Ambulance Building & Equipment $ 74.00 <br />564.3 Welfare Clerk 40.00 <br />536. Mental Health Clinic 11,600.00 <br />Commissioner Macdonald reported that the Wabasso Civic Club has <br />asked if a fishing catwalk on the new Wabasso Bridge could be constructed <br />a little nearer to'the water. After discussion, Commissioner Macdonald <br />moved, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried, that <br />the Administrator be requested to write the State Road Department re- <br />questing information on whether or not there are any funds that might <br />be used by the State for construction of a fishing platform along the <br />center span of the Wabasso Bridge, which would be approximately eight (8) <br />AN 1 R 1967 aONK 10 PACE 236 <br />
