sureties from any obligations under the Contract Documents or the Payment and Performance Bonds , SC -15 . 01 OWNER May Suspend Work SC- 15 . 01 . A Delete the last sentence in paragraph GC- 15. 01 . A and insert the following in its place: CONTRACTOR shall be allowed an extension of the Contract Times , directly attributable to any such suspension if CONTRACTOR makes a Claim for an extension as provided in paragraph 10 . 05 . CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed an adjustment of the Contract Price and CONTRACTOR shall not be paid on account of loss of anticipated profits or revenue or other economic loss arising out of or resulting from such Work suspension . SC -15 . 02 OWNER May Terminate For Cause SC- 15 . 02 .A. 5 and SC- 15 . 02 . A. 6 Add the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC45. 02. A . 4: 5 .
