A (5) month watering schedule by landscape contractor <br /> would provide for a (5) month warranty period. The County will pick up on additional maintenance <br /> after this initial (5) month period. The warranty period will need to be negotiated with the chosen <br /> landscape contractor, since there will be no irrigation system installed.
