The proposed project includes <br />the restoration of the pavement, picnic pavilions, showers, sidewalks, and curbs at Wabasso <br />Beach Park in Indian River County. <br />It appears the proposed project is partially located east of the coastal construction control line. <br />Based on the operating agreement between the District and the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection concerning regulation under Part IV, Chapter 373, F.S., the <br />Department shall review and take final action on projects proposed in whole or in part seaward <br />of the coastal construction control line.
