1.7 PROTECTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY <br />A. Assume full responsibility for the preservation of all private property on or adjacent <br />to the site and work area. If any direct or indirect damage is done by or on account <br />of any act, omission, neglect or misconduct in the execution of the Work by the <br />CONTRACTOR, it shall be restored by the CONTRACTOR, at its expense, to a <br />condition equal to or better than that existing before the damage was done. This <br />restoration includes but is not limited to, sprinkler systems, lawns and landscaping, <br />lighting, driveways, etc, installed by private individuals or entities within public right- <br />of-way. <br />1.8 PAYMENT <br />A.
