8. Section 00634 - Professional Surveyor and Mapper's Certification as to <br />Elevations and Locations of the Work. <br />9. Operating and Maintenance Manuals and Instructions. <br />10. Instructions to Owner's personnel. <br />11. Warranties. <br />12. Keys and Keying Schedule. <br />13. ,Spare Parts, Parts Lists, and Maintenance Materials. <br />14. All test certificates and/or affidavits requested by the ENGINEER or <br />ENGINEER's CONSULTANT. <br />15. Certificates of Occupancy as may be required by the Indian River County <br />Building Department, <br />1.3 FINAL CLEANING <br />A. General: As specified herein and in Section 01710, provide final cleaning of the <br />Work. Clean each surface or unit of work to the normal "clean" condition <br />expected for a first-class cleaning and maintenance program. Comply with <br />manufacturers' instructions for cleaning operations. The following are <br />examples, but not by way of limitation, of the cleaning levels required. <br />1. Remove labels which are not required as permanent labels. <br />2. Wipe surfaces of mechanical and electrical equipment clean; remove <br />excess lubrication and other substances. <br />3. Clean concrete floors in non -occupied spaces broom -clean. <br />4 Clean project site (yard and grounds), including landscaping and <br />development areas, of litter and foreign substances. Sweep paved areas <br />to a broom -clean condition; remove stains, petrochemical spills and other <br />foreign deposits. Rake grounds, which are neither planted nor paved, to a <br />smooth even -textured surface. <br />1.4 REMOVAL OF PROTECTION <br />A. Except as otherwise indicated or requested by the OWNER, remove temporary <br />protection devices and facilities which were installed during the course of the <br />work to protect previously completed work during the remainder of the <br />construction period. <br />1.5 COMPLIANCY <br />A. Comply with safety standards and governing regulations for cleaning <br />operations. Do not burn waste materials at the site, or bury debris or excess <br />materials on the OWNER's property, or discharge volatile or other harmful or <br />dangerous materials into drainage systems.
