<br />The successful bidder shall be
<br />responsible for the removal ,of all
<br />material and debris from the site
<br />within a specified time. The County
<br />reserves the right to .reject any
<br />and all bids.
<br />If further infermatian is desired,
<br />prospective bidders may contact
<br />the' office of the County Engineer:
<br />*11 bids must be in a sealed enve-
<br />lope, marked on the outside, "bids
<br />for removal of buildings, open date
<br />February 8. 1967," and shall be ac-
<br />companied by a good. faith deposit
<br />of ten (10) percent of the total bid
<br />or $100,00, • whichever 'is. higher.

<br />tear down the buildings, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously.
