RESOLUTION NO. 67-12 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in <br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North one-half of the East 15 acres of the West 20 <br />acres and the West 10.99 acres of the East 20.99 acres <br />of Tract 8, Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 <br />East, according to the last general plat of lands of the <br />Indian River Farms tbmpany, filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family iI'strict, to C-1, Commercial District. <br />2, That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the ,following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />0 <br />Parcel West of A1A <br />The South 615.0 feet of the North 730.72 feet of Govern- <br />ment Lot 5, Section 23, Township 31 South, Range 39 <br />East, lying West of State Road A1A, in Indian River <br />County, Florida; Also, <br />Parcel East of AlA <br />The Northerly 765.0 feet of Government Lot 5, Section <br />23, (measured along the Easterly right of way of State <br />Road AlA) in Township 31 South, Range 39 East, lying <br />East of State Road AlA, Indian River County, Florida; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to C-1 A, Restricted Commer- <br />cial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Zoning Resolution. <br />FEB 2 21967 <br />sdbk rACI264 <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Law, Vero Beach, Florida <br />
