• <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, and unanimously carried that the Administrator be authorized <br />to reflag the right of way, find out just' -exactly where the right of way <br />is and move the road over ifito its proper position. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas and unanimously carried, the County Administrator was authorized <br />to purchase aerial photographs of the new Kiwanis-Hobart Park area from <br />the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council. <br />The Administrator requested permission to purchase three file <br />cabinets, two with locks, one without, fora-= total. cost of $288.35. _.. <br />These are of the same type and match the others in his office. On Motion <br />by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanim,-.:: <br />ously carried, the request was granted. <br />The County Administrator presented a letter signed by twelve families <br />requesting the Board -to designate North. Gifford Road,west of Kings High- <br />way,other than "North Gifford Road". No action was taken. <br />The Administrator reported that Mr. Mike Johnson,Motorola repre- <br />sentative,has recommended highly' a service policy for the Motorola units <br />owned by the County. Mr. Jennings pointed out that the total maintenance <br />since 1961 has been approximately $180.00 a year and that the service <br />policy is $742.20 a year. The Board suggested that no action be taken <br />at the present time. <br />The County Administrator advised the Board that in several telephone <br />discussions with Bob Johnson, State Road Department, that the priority <br />list for Secondary Road Funds asssubmitted in the meeting of February 24, <br />was being revised to conform to the method being placed into effect by <br />the State Road Department and that final meeting will be held at a date <br />to be set in June. Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded <br />by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried, that the Board is <br />agreeable to the list being revised and submitted in that manner at the <br />tentative budget meeting in April. <br />MAR 2 21967 <br />BOOli MGE 310 <br />
