<br />It was moved by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Bgosian and unanimously carried that the Board accepts, on behalf of the
<br />County, the deed of dedication from '._the_.Trus_tees.::of:Internal Improve-
<br />ment Fund, dated March 9, 1967, of the following described lands in
<br />Indian River County:
<br />All of Tracts 13, 14, 15, 16; 18, 19, 20.and all'of Tract
<br />17 less West 40 feet for road right-of-way in N1 of Section
<br />4, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision according to Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, and
<br />All of Tracts 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, less South 68 feet
<br />for road right-of-way and less West 40 feet of Tract 17 in S1
<br />of Section 4, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River
<br />Farms Company Subdivision according to Plat Book 2, Page 25,
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, and
<br />Eli of NWS, less North 40 feet, N1/2 of N1 of SWC of NES and the
<br />North 938 feet of SWC of SES East of canal in Section 4, Town-
<br />ship 32 South, Range 39 East, and
<br />All of the SES, less SES of SES of SES and less East 40 feet for
<br />road right-of-way of Section 32, Township 31 South, Range 39 East,
<br />and
<br />S� of SA, less West 40 feet for road right-of-way and less
<br />South 40 feet of SES of SW% of Section 33, Township 31 South,
<br />Range 39 East, and
<br />South 10 acres of NES of SWC of Section 33, Township 31 South,
<br />Range 39 East? containing 489.61 acres, more or less.
<br />and the Board agrees to hold and use and maintain said lands in accord-
<br />ance with the requirements of that dedication and orders it recorded.

<br />The Chairman appointed Commissioner Bogosian as Chairman of the
<br />Scholarship Committee.
<br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Dritenbas and unanimously carried, the application of Jack D. Sturgis
<br />for Permit to carry a pistol was approved.
<br />Commissioner Dritenbas moved that the Board pay Mx:_..Eugene Skinner
<br />of Skinner Appliance the .. amount of. $25. 00 :.per. selection. for _rent ..for.
<br />polling place, precinct 2.o. 4A; and that the County Admiaiistrator be
<br />authorized to add additional marl and dress the entrance driveway from
<br />27th Avenue to his property. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bogosian
<br />and unanimously carried.
