to this Task Order. A portion of the fees not to exceed eleven thousand and one hundred ninety- <br />two dollars ($11,192.00) will be set aside as contingency for scope of work as described in Task -6 <br />to be used only when requested in writing by the SWDD Project Manager. <br />SECTION 3. CONTINUING EFFECT OF THE AGREEMENT, except as otherwise provided <br />herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4.
