TM. The Consultant will prepare meeting notes where appropriate and will distribute to <br />attendees. The man-hours and fees for six (6) monthly or periodic meetings with SWDD <br />staff are allocated with the budget for each task. <br />C. Milestone meetings with UAC and a presentation to the Board are anticipated for this <br />project. The man-hour estimates and contingency fees proposed for Task -6 is to be used <br />only when requested in writing by the SWDD Project Manager for the purpose of meetings <br />with and presentations to UAC and the Board. At no time shall the Consultant perform <br />work outside of this scope of work without written authorization from the County. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />The following project schedule is tentative and may be revised by County as part of the Project <br />Control Plan and as progress is made during project.
