TM . The Consultant will prepare meeting notes where appropriate and will distribute to <br /> attendees . The man-hours and fees for six (6) monthly or periodic meetings with SWDD <br /> staff are allocated with the budget for each task. <br /> C . Milestone meetings with UAC and a presentation to the Board are anticipated for this <br /> project. The man-hour estimates and contingency fees proposed for Task-6 is to be used <br /> only when requested in writing by the SWDD Project Manager for the purpose of meetings <br /> with and presentations to UAC and the Board. At no time shall the Consultant perform <br /> work outside of this scope of work without written authorization from the County. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The following project schedule is tentative and may be revised by County as part of the Project <br /> Control Plan and as progress is made during project .
