5 . Technical Review Committee Meeting - Attend final TRC meeting for site plan review . <br /> Meet with SWDD staff to review, discuss and determine appropriate response to TRC <br /> comments . Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission Approval - Attend P&Z Commission meeting. <br /> Meet with SWDD staff to review, discuss and determine appropriate response to P&Z <br /> comments . Modify site plan and resubmit for City Council approval. <br /> 7 . City Council Approval — Attend City Council meeting. Meet with SWDD staff to review, <br /> discuss and determine appropriate response to City Council comments . Modify site plan and <br /> resubmit for final approval. <br /> TASK 5 — CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Based upon the approved Site Plan for the convenience center expansion, prepare design documents <br /> for all required on-site improvements as further defined below. Design of off-site roadway <br /> improvements is included in Task 9 . <br /> 1 . Earthwork — Prepare plans, details and specifications for site clearing, excavation, fill <br /> placement, excess fill placement, and erosion control measures during construction. Draft <br /> erosion control plan for Contractor' s NPDES construction stormwater permit application. <br /> 2 . Paving, Drainage, Grading - Prepare plans, details and specifications for the on-site <br /> construction and permitting of the paving, drainage and grading improvements. <br /> 3 . On-Site Utilities - Develop plans, details and specifications for construction and permitting <br /> of potable water service extension, fire hydrant(s), and wastewater service. Provide <br /> development plans and determine service conduit plans and details for Florida Power & <br /> Light, Bell South and/or IRC Telecommunications (if desired) for underground service at <br /> the new facilities. Coordinate provided data and new design into plans for bidding and <br /> construction. <br /> 4. On-site structures — Develop plans, details and specifications for all on-site structures, <br /> including retaining walls, foundations and slabs. For the purposes of this proposal it is <br /> assumed that the operations building(s) will be pre-fabricated, self-contained structures that <br /> meet Florida Building Code and ADA requirements (if necessary) . Drawings for the <br /> building(s) will not be prepared. Specifications for the building(s) will be prepared with the <br /> assistance of SWDD staff. It is anticipated that the building(s) may be purchased directly by <br /> the SWDD, separate from the general construction contract. <br /> 5 . Site Lighting/Electrification - Prepare a plan for pole lighting of open spaces.
