a composting plan and projection of composting performance; and a suggested rough <br />grading plan for the ATSTM Project, based upon previous boundary and topographic <br />surveys as provided by the COUNTY. Design elements not to be done by the <br />Consultant, but which need to be considered in establishing the ATSTM design include: <br />• Influent Pumping Station and Force Main <br />• Intermediate Lift Station, and associated piping for delivering flows <br />from a settling pond to the ATSTM <br />• Earthwork associated with the ponds, and support areas exclusive of <br />the ATSTM Project <br />• Littoral Zone design associated with the two pond elements <br />• Receiving wetland design, including effluent piping. <br />• Effluent piping <br />• Stormwater management for regions outside the ATSTM Project <br />• Site roads, lighting, electrical distribution, communications, security, <br />signage, fencing, grassing and landscaping. <br />• ERP permitting <br />These design elements need to be completed concurrent with the ATSTM Project design. <br />Accordingly, the Consultant shall work closely with the selected designer(s) for these <br />elements, and together with these designers, shall make every effort to ensure the <br />composite effort remains on schedule. <br />For purposes of this work order, the term ATSTM Project shall include all areas inside the <br />toes of the peripheral berm around the ATSTM itself; the ATSTM receiving box and piping <br />connections; flow surgers and distribution manifold; grading, HDPE geomembrane, and <br />geogrid matrix associated with the ATSTM floway; the ATSTM effluent flume; ATSTM flow <br />splitter structures, to include channel support for the Flex -Rake Harvesting unit; Flex - <br />Rake with necessary controls and appurtenances; connection(s) for ATSTM effluent <br />piping; ATSTM monitoring stations; composting areas, to include roadways connecting <br />ATSTM floway to composting area; operational and equipment support facilities; and <br />equipment as required to effectively support and operate the ATSTM Project, <br />Sub -Task 4b: 50% Design <br />The 50% design documents shall be as required for the ATSTM component for required <br />environmental permits. Procurement of Permits shall be by others.
