Attachement 1 <br /> 9/ 16/2005 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Task A - Penmittina <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc . services include Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) <br /> permitting for the pipeline construction and operation. We will need permits from Florida Department <br /> of Transportation (FDOT) for the US # 1 directional bore crossing and from the Florida East Coast <br /> Railroad (FECRR) for the bore and jack under the railroad tracks . In addition, approval will be needed <br /> from the Indian River Farms Water Control District (IRFWCD) for the directional bore under the <br /> Lateral G Canal . Masteller & Moler, Inc. will prepare the permit applications and supporting data and <br /> submit on behalf of the County. Permit application fees are not included in this Proposal . <br /> Task B - Construction Services <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc. will provide assistance during bidding and periodic inspection of the pipeline <br /> system project on an as-needed basis to observe that construction is in reasonable compliance with the <br /> Contract Plans and Permits . We will also attend meetings, review shop drawings and monthly pay <br /> estimates from the contractor. <br />
