ATTACHMENT 1 to WORK ORDER NO. 1 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AUTOSAMPLER DATA COLLECTION SITES , RENTAL OF AUTOSAMPLER EQUIPMENT, AND COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF STORMWATER SAMPLES FOR THE " EAST ROSELAND STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT" 1 . SCOPE OF SERVICES The CONSULTANT shall assist the COUNTY as necessary so that the COUNTY complies with its stormwater sampling requirements at the East Roseland Stormwater Pond ( Roseland Pond ) on 135th Street , south of Roseland Road , in the community of Roseland . The CONSULTANT will adhere to all requirements set forth in the project' s approved Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP ) , included herein as Attachment 4 , The CONSULTANT will provide its own transportation , tools (to maintain ` normal ' QA performance ) , housekeeping products (e . g . pest control , spray lube ) , external dessicant , decontamination soap , QA forms , office supplies for site folders , battery charger for site batteries , and a laptop computer compatible with autosampler hardware . The CONSULTANT will also provide the necessary supplies for stormwater sample collection and site maintenance , including but not limited to : two automatic stormwater samplers capable of taking stormwater samples on a flow weighted basis , flow meters , batteries , PVC conduit , software , communication cords for instrument/laptop interface , miscellaneous hardware for site operation , and all other necessary appurtenances . The CONSULTANT will help install and will operate and maintain the two automatic stormwater samplers at the Roseland Pond and provide weekly inspection and maintenance visits . When stormwater samples are collected , the CONSULTANT will perform field measurements required by the QAPP and collect the samples , ice them as required , and deliver the samples to the COUNTY' s Central Wastewater Treatment Plant for pickup by the testing laboratory . The COUNTY will provide data parameter requirements ( necessary for proper instrument programming to satisfy FDEP requirements ) and guidance to contractor, a contractor identification badge , surveying services , and manpower services for special projects (e . g . installation of sampler security containers , removal/spraying of intrusive aquatic vegetation , etc. ) .
