ATTACHMENT 2 to WORK ORDER NO. 1 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AUTOSAMPLER DATA COLLECTION SITES , RENTAL OF AUTOSAMPLER EQUIPMENT, AND COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF STORMWATER SAMPLES FOR THE " EAST ROSELAND STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT " 1 . COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept , a fee for services rendered according to Attachment 1 , as follows : (a ) The CONSULTANT will be paid $800 . 00 per month for general labor (described below) and a $ 500 . 00 per month rental fee per autosampler (X2 = $ 1 , 000 . 00 per month for two autosamplers ) . The general labor fee will cover weekly QA visits to each of the two stormwater autosamplers to ensure proper operation , all required autosampler programming , hardware operation , and housekeeping . Raw data (downloads via ' floppy or CD ' and original QA inspection forms ) will be turned over to the COUNTY during the contract period or at its request . ( b ) After each stormwater sampling event , (where the CONSULTANT performs field measurements , delivers the stormwater samples to the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant , and reconfigures the automatic samplers for the next event) , the CONSULTANT will be paid $ 100 . 00 per site visit and $ 50 . 00 an hour for each hour beyond the first hour. . ( b ) The CONSULTANT will be paid $ 1 , 600 per autosampler site for installation , initial programming , calibration , hardware setup , and other related tasks . There are two sampler sites — one at the influent to the stormwater pond and the other at the pond ' s effluent structure . This is a one-time fee . Site setup includes creating a field folder, the contents of which are a site description , maps , sketches , custom QA inspection forms , photos , and inventory . This field folder will be setup in USGS and SJRWMD format . Also , the CONSULTANT will provide historical rainfall data for the area back to January 1 , 2002 if available . This compensation can be summarized : ($ 1 , 600 . 00 x 2 sampler sites = $ 3 , 200 . 00 ) . (c) Additional Service Compensation — All other compensation such as troubleshooting (when site visit exceeds one hour of normal QA inspection time per site ) , special work (e . g . Pygmy/Price AA/Floating Rod manual readings ) , and other unanticipated events (e . g . reconfiguring/moving site hardware , repairs , etc . ) shall be reimbursed at $ 50 . 00 per hour.
