G0061 <br /> Prepared By <br /> Indian River County Public Works Department <br /> Stormwater Engineering <br /> November 16 , 2004 <br /> Baseline Data : <br /> Baseline data will be derived from water quality samples taken at the influent <br /> connection to the stormwater treatment lake . <br /> The effectiveness of this project in reducing stormwater loadings will be <br /> quantified by comparing influent and effluent water quality monitoring information . <br /> All laboratory analyses will be performed in accordance with US EPA and FDEP <br /> approved protocols . The selected firm will maintain a FDEP approved <br /> Comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan and Florida Department of Health <br /> certification . <br /> Pre -Construction Monitoring : <br /> Pre-construction monitoring is not required for this project. <br /> Post-Construction Monitoring : <br /> Post-construction samples will be composite samples taken by automatic <br /> samplers equipped with peristaltic pumps and flow meters . Each automatic <br /> sampler will take flow-weighted composite samples ( Le , the amount of sample <br /> collected is proportional to the flow rate ) .
