Assessments and Response Actions 7 <br /> The autosamplers will be periodically checked ( minimum of once every >eAays ) <br /> and after every rainfall event to ensure proper function . Other than this no <br /> specific internal assessments or audits are planned for this project . Additionally , <br /> a copy of the latest approved Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP ) will be <br /> placed inside the protective enclosure of one of the automatic composite <br /> stormwater samplers to ensure that the QAPP is correctly followed . <br /> C2 . Reports to Management <br /> Project specific QA Reports and final report will be submitted to Department of <br /> Environmental Protection , Division of Water Resource Management , Bureau of <br /> Watershed Management, Attn : Ms , Patricia A . Sanzone , 2600 Blair Stone Road , <br /> MS 3565 , Tallahassee , Florida 32399 -2400 at a frequency of quarterly. <br /> D1 . Data Review, Validation , & Verification <br /> Since the water quality- monitoring program will evaluate the pollution removal <br /> effectiveness of the proposed stormwater detention pond , the data should be <br /> considered valid unless there is no observed decrease in the pollution loadings . <br /> Monitoring is an integral part of this project to determine the degree of pollution <br /> removal provided , in order to evaluate the effectiveness of this stormwater <br /> treatment technique . The stormwater data will compare lake influent water <br /> quality to lake effluent water quality . This information will be used to determine <br /> the pollutant removal effectiveness of the constructed stormwater system . <br /> Laboratory results will be validated according to NELAP , FDEP SOPs , and <br /> contract requirements . Jean Dent , Laboratory QC officer is responsible for data <br /> quality checks . <br /> Michael Wickwire , Project QC Officer, is responsible for the field data review and <br /> validation according to FDEP SOP requirements . <br /> D2 . Validation & Verification Methods <br /> The comparison of the results of this project against another similar project shall <br /> serve as validation /verification . <br />
