(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 10 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 10 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Right of Way Survey for the existing <br /> 66 foot wide Right of Way for Indian River Drive and prepare a Right of Way Map for Phase 1 of <br /> the project. The overall project limits range from the southern intersection of Indian River Drive <br /> with U . S. Highway No . 1 to the northern intersection of Indian River Drive with U .S . Highway <br /> No. 1 (approx. 3. 5 miles). Phase 1 of the project ranges from the northern overall project limits <br /> south to the northern City Limits of the City of Sebastian (approx. 1 . 5 miles) . All lying in Indian <br /> River County, Florida <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor Inc. and Indian River County, the <br /> Surveyor shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as outlined <br /> in this Work Order No. 10 described as follows: <br /> • Right of Way Survey. <br /> 1 . Establish and field locate the centerline of the existing 66 foot Right of Way for Indian <br /> River Drive from US1 to USI as described in Deed Book 538, Page 541 . <br /> 2 . Find or establish sectional data as necessary for establishing the Indian River Drive <br /> centerline and certify as required. Locate and identify existing Right of Way <br /> monumentation along the overall project limits. Prepare and record Certified Corner <br /> Reports as applicable to Florida Statutes <br />
