Monument Permanent Control Points (PCP's) with referenced points along the <br /> centerline at all changes in direction, including all Points of Curvature and Tangency. <br /> Provide State Plane Coordinate values on all baseline control points and reference <br /> points. PCP's and reference points shall be a nail and tab stamped " PCP LB #4644" <br /> and shall be placed at a maximum of 1000 feet apart. <br /> 4. The product shall include underlying topographic information from prior work <br /> performed by Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County. <br /> 5. Locate and depict all Indian River County G . P. S . control monuments. <br /> • Right of Way Mapping: <br /> 1 . Prepare Final Right of Way Map for Phase 1 as described above. Map shall depict <br /> limits of 66 foot Right of Way for Phase 1 and the centerline of right of way for overall <br /> project limits including ties to sectional data as necessary. <br /> 2 . Map shall also depict limits of existing Rights-of-Ways and/or Boundaries as per <br /> apparent physical evidence, deeds as provided by the County and the limits of Right <br /> of Way as shown on existing recorded plats along the route. <br /> 3. Right of Way Map shall meet or exceed all requirements as listed in the Indian River <br /> County Right of Way checklist as modified and attached hereto as Exhibit "A" . <br /> SECTION III — COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> It is the COUNTY's responsibility to provide an abbreviated title search and all other information <br /> of record for properties along the proposed route for Phase 1 . <br /> SECTION IV — CONSULTANTS RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> It is the Consultants responsibility to obtain legal access to properties along the route prior to <br /> performing any work. Proper safety precautions and protocol shall be maintained at all times . <br /> SECTION V — TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Project shall be completed within one hundred twenty ( 120) business days from Notice to <br /> Proceed . Schedule shall include a 60-70% submittal within ninety (90) days for review and <br /> approvals by the COUNTY.
