IRC Work Order # I OE <br /> I .R. Drive R/W Map <br /> 12/ 15/2006 <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br /> SECTION VI — DELIVERABLESIWORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Survey shall be supplied as a right of way map in state plane coordinates and <br /> suitable for recording; in the form of a cover sheet, Control sheet, key sheet and <br /> detailed Right-of Way sheets as applicable. <br /> 2. Deliverables shall include a 60-70% submittal within ninety (90) days for review and <br /> approvals by the COUNTY prior to proceeding with the final product. <br /> 3. Deliverables for the final ( 100%) submittal to the COUNTY will consist of a digital file <br /> (disk). The digital file shall adhere to basic COUNTY AutoCAD layer structure as <br /> provided . <br /> 4. The SURVEYOR shall provide the COUNTY one ( 1 ) executed mylar in recordable <br /> format and a digital file in . pdf format of the survey and prepare its Work Product <br /> digital versions so that the COUNTY or other consultants can readily use it for the <br /> design and analysis of the area, as defined . It shall contain all information necessary <br /> for third-party surveyor to independently recreate and/or utilize the survey work. It is <br /> acknowledged all final products become property of Indian River COUNTY and will <br /> be available for use by the public at large. <br /> 5. The SURVEYOR'S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as <br /> defined by Sections I , II , III , IV, V and VI or the COUNTY will not approve the <br /> SURVEYOR'S request for payment. <br /> 6 . Final product will be provided to the COUNTY in a recordable format. <br /> SECTION VII — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as <br /> identified in Sections II , III and IV of this Work Order No. 10 a fee at the standard hourly rates as <br /> agreed to by the Consultant and the COUNTY, and not to exceed $ 39, 880. 00. <br /> All invoicing shall be supported with documentation (Man hours) of time and materials spent <br /> and following information prior to payments. Invoices shall include the work order, contract <br /> and project numbers.
