4 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 67 40 <br />WHEREAS, due notice of the completion of the assessment rolls <br />of Indian River County, Florida, has been given by publication in a newspaper <br />published in said county which was published at least fifteen (15) days before <br />such meeting, as will more fully appear by proof of publication of such notice <br />made by the publisher of the Vero Beach Press Journal recorded in the minutes <br />of this meeting that the County Assessor of Taxes of Indian River County, <br />Florida, would meet with the Board of County Commissioners on the 3rd day <br />of July, 1967, and would at such time present the tax assessment roll of said <br />county for the year 1967 for the purpose of hearing complaints and receiving <br />testimony as to the value of any property, real or personal, as fixed by the <br />County Assessor of Taxes and of perfecting, reviewing and equalizing the <br />assessment; and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice the County Tax Assessor did. <br />meet with the Board of County Commissioners at the time specified 'xi'the <br />notice at the Clerk's office and the public meeting room of said Board in the <br />County Courthouse in Vero Beach and the said Board did at that time adjourn <br />the meeting and at subsequent adjourned meetings convene as a Board of <br />Equalization; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did thereafter adjourn and convene from <br />time to time and continue in session as a Board of Equalization until this <br />meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received such <br />complaints and such testimony offered, if any, and has examined and reviewed <br />said assessment roll and has found it unnecessary to increase the valuation of <br />any property shown thereon and has found such assessment roll to be correct; <br />Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, does herewith find the tax assessment roll of <br />said County as presented for the year 1967 to be equal and just and •does here- <br />with approve, ratify and confirm the same. <br />ao 0x394 <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Halre, Attorneys At Law, Vero Beach, Florida <br />JUL 121967 <br />
